Hot

It's been hot here for the past couple of days. 96 yesterday and 85 or so today. I wasn't quite ready for this heat yet. Neither was Sophie, but she made the best of it.


Yes, we really need to cut the grass. It hasn't been mowed at all this year and it is taller than the dogs now. They don't even have to squat to pee. Sophie has smooshed down the grass to make a little nest here and she is laying down. Doesn't she look cute?

And not to leave Carmen out, here she is snoozing on the couch. Look at her forehead. Doesn't it look like she has a cross there?
