5 - the time my alarm went off this morning. Yes, that's a.m.
11 - the number of pounds I've lost since I started my weight loss campaign. My doctor was most impressed today!
3.99 - the price I paid for a gallon of regular unleaded gas today. Woo hooo! I never thought I'd be happy about paying $3.99/gallon for gas.
2 - the number of books on hold I had at the library.
19 - the number of items I actually checked out at the library. I let myself browse, which is always dangerous. Some of those are CDs though. I found the cast recording for The Pirate Queen which has been on my "to get" list for AGES.
10,569,657,432 - the number of small children at the library when I was there. Eeek! It was an invasion! I now know what it is like to be tall. Since the gas prices have gotten so high I've seen a surge of kids at the library when I go at lunch time. That place was crawling with them!
6,957 - the number of miles since my last oil change. Oops.
1 - the number of letterboxes I looked for today.
0 - the number of letterboxes I found today. Okay, that's not exactly true. I found the letterBOX. There was just nothing in it.
1 - the number of snakes that slithered by while I was looking for the letterbox.
72 - the number of inches that snake was long. Okay, maybe not that many. But he was at LEAST a foot and a half long. Black with a yellow stripe. No matter what you people say, there is NO WAY he was more scared of me than I was of him.
7 - the number of the decibels of my scream upon seeing the above snake.
5 - the number of minutes it took me to talk myself into going back to the rock where the letterbox was (okay, actually wasn't) after the snake slithered by.
20 - The number of minutes I spent looking for Cleo when I got home. I finally found her on the roof of the house outside. How did this happen you ask? No idea. I think the cat can apparate.

Ah man...you keep doing stuff on your blog that I have to do on mine cuz it's too cool. Hmmmm...I may need to rethink my priorities.
You know Pupp, once Hunter and Bookworm said they were going to start a blog and do nothing but mock mine. I think we can just steal all of Bookworms ideas and post them on ours! Of course, I have to turn all of them into letterbox clues.
Maiden, I personally don't need a blog to mock you. I find it more satisfying in person :)
