Counting Down

Didja see the news that they are opening a Harry Potter theme park? I admit to being a huge Harry Potter fan, but I think this is going just a wee bit overboard. Still, someone is going to make a lot of money off of it, I'm sure.

My mom brought me three books about the Harry Potter series the other day when we had lunch (thanks, Mom!). I was going to list them out here, but they are downstairs and I am too lazy to go get them. So I looked them up in Amazon and found a big ole list of books written about the series. Wow, can people take a good idea and run with it or what?

I do know that I have Mugglenet.com's "What Will Happen in Harry Potter 7". It's a very interesting read.

Only 50 days to go until "Harry Potter & the Deathly Hallows" is relased. I'm not sure I can wait until July 21. I can't decide if I'm going to savor the anticipation and make myself read the book front to back with no peeking ahead or not. I'm going to try. It's good to try for restraint in things, isn't it.

Okay, let's take a poll. Those of you who are HP fans, will you read the last chapter first to find out what happens to Harry, or will you wait and savor the book? Vote now!!

I, for one, will read the last chapter 1st. I do that with nearly every book I read. I just can't stand the suspense of reading 700 odd pages without knowing that it is worth it to read them.

I could NEVER read the last part first. Sacrilege! I love being in suspense. I would have it no other way.

So my vote is, read it from front to back, no peeking!
