Okay and I'm one of those liberals..
FYI - City of Vancouver (city hall) has already done this - I think it happened about 6 weeks ago. We're paying lots of money to get clean drinking water to our taps and people are buying water in plastic (READ OIL) bottles. If the use wasn't growing at such an alarming rate it wouldn't be such a big deal.
