I had to stop at the grocery store this morning to get cookies for my meeting tonight. While I was there I decided that I should restock my work "kitchen" with snacks and lunches. I was feeling weathly and decided to buy a case of diet Coke. While I was putting it in my cart, I decided to grab one for my friend Ritha just because she's wonderful and I knew she'd like the surprise.
So I finished my shopping and got in line. Just as it was my turn a lady came up behind me with just a coffee, so I told her to go in front of me. When it was my turn the cashier said, "I think that the soda is buy two, get two free. Let me go double check." She came back with two more boxes and said, "Yep. Buy two get two free. Do you want two more the same?"
Score!
Wasn't that nice of her? So I did two good deeds, even though they were little tiny ones, and I got something nice! Wow. Karma isn't usually that kind or that quick for me.
