For some reason, everyone is all excited that the population is about to reach 100,000. I think the sign is kind of cool, although the Jazz Festival is nothing like it used to be, but whatever.

This sign has been in the lobby of City Hall for the past week or so. I thought I'd take a picture to share with you all.
